The Study of Artificial Crystal Fault by Way of X-ray Topography
Crystal is an important material. A great number of researches on crystals growth fault have been made. But no scientific reports on the growth fault of Y-bar crystal have been made so far. The experiment mentioned in this article aims at detecting three lots of plats of Y-bar crystals of different Q-value by way of X-ray Lang topography. Precipitate, growth stripe, and dislocation have been observed in this way. From different diffractions we can learn that the lining extent of diffraction 11 2 0 is the highest, which proves that diffraction 11 2 0 is the best one of observing the dislocation line of Z-zone. Besides, the dislocation density of plat of Y-bar crystal is detected as well .A simple analysis on the relationship between Q-value and dislocation density ( ρ) is also made in this article.
