Accuracy Analysis and Parameters Optimal Design of Multiple Intersected Sky Screen System
The multiple intersected sky screens system is a novel system used to measure the ballistic parameters of ammunition systems. Parameters design is challenging for designing such system due to the complexity of the device. In order to implement the task, a regressive model based on Support Vector Machine is proposed to approximate the relationship between the apparatus measuring accuracy and the design parameters including focal-length, tilting angle of screen, setup distance etc. The fitted model is built on data simulated with MATLAB. To improve the simulation efficiency, one kind design of experiment, Taguchi approach is used in arranging of virtual experiment. Response surfaces based on support vector regression built upon experimental data reveals the intrinsic relation apparently. Optimal parameters achieved through analyzing approach with response surface are proved through Practical verification experiments.
