The Detecting and Analysis for Unregulated Emission of the Engine that Consume Methanol Cracked Gas
We adopt the parameter such as gas chromatography sampling method ,flow rate of carrier gas ,and the column temperature in the engine emission acquisition system and gas chromatography analysis system which on the basis of gas chromatographic technique and mass spectrometric detection. We detect the influence on the alteration of the Unregulated Emission discharged from the SI Engine by the change of the Methanol cracked gas component when the Methanol Production Unit working temperature is between 260 ℃-350 ℃. The conclusion: the Unregulated Emission such as formaldehyde 、acetaldehyde 、methanol 、alcohol 、 1,3-butadiene and benzene ,their quantity declined in some different degrees ,when the temperature is going up , at the same time, the statistics indicate that when the engine work under low rotate speed, the working temperature of the Methanol cracking implement is so low that the Methanol can not be cracked thoroughly which led to there are some Methanol and Ethanol in the Emission. The active action effect of the catalyst remain to be improved when the Engine works at low Temperature 。
