The Study of Maintenance Training Simulator for Certain Servo System Based on CVI Technology
The servo system for certain device is an electric type. Its structure is very compact and also complicated. The traditional technology training is usually carried on by the method of using the real device. When the number of the persons who are receiving training is big, a lot of real devices are needed, and the training efficiency is very low in fact. With the development of VI (Virtual Instrument) technology, the study of maintenance training simulator based on VI technology is very important. The training simulator can greatly improve the training efficiency and reduce the cost of training. This paper introduced the designed method of the maintenance training simulator based on CVI technology. The hardware system of the simulator includes: the control computer, the structure and handling platform of the servo system, the test points of the typical signals, the hardware unit of fault setting, and the hardware unit of the detection system. The software of the simulator includes: the software unit of fault setting, the examination system for maintenance training, the software unit of the detection system, and the multimedia software for teaching. The fault setting unit is controlled by the computer. The power card gives out switch signals and controls the relays. The relays states control the servo system to be in certain fault state, or in good state. The detection system adopts isolating electrical sensors to adjust the signals, the data acquisition is carried on by the data acquisition card, and the data is compared with the standard expert database, the course of fault diagnosis is carried on by the computing of the relevance degrees. The detection system can be used for the detection on maintenance training simulator, and also the detection on the servo system of the real device. The structure of the maintenance training simulator is complicated, but the functions are mighty. The automatic training is carried on in the whole training process.
