Discuss on Automatic Failure Detect for Testing Equipment in Production Line
Products quality is guaranteed by using kinds of modern testing equipments, which installed in an automatic production line. Validity of testing results for products depends on running status of testing equipments. Methodologies of SPC (Statistical Process Control) which dynamically monitor the running status of testing equipments are discussed herein, p-chart and np-chart control models are presented, running statuses of Normal, Out-of-control, Trend, Run, Cycle and other abnormal are introduced, algorithms which how to identify above statuses are discussed, other issues such as sample size and reliability are discussed too. Implementation of a SPC application is discussed, mainly introduces the communications, data acquisition and processing, etc. It would be a guide to develop a SPC application for a certain production line.
