Improvement for the Stability of Auto-calibration Technique Based on Software
As a facility to transfer the standard, the verification apparatus is used to provide a performance check for the automatic test system to ensure that it is operated within specified accuracy limit. For measuring instruments, in particular for verification apparatus, the precision performance of equipment is reflected by the improvement in many areas, Stability is one of the most important performance measures. So, it is a focus problem that how to improve the stability of verification apparatus. This paper dose some study and research for improvement for the stability of auto-calibration technique based on software and associated theoretical algorithm is also given, which meet the requirement of the system accuracy, improves the flexibility and reliability and decreases the cost at the same time.
