The Process of Multi-material Microstructures Based on Microstereolithography and Micro Droplet Dispensing System

摘要：

A new process called Multi-material Manufacturing(MMM), based on Microstereolithography （MSL ）and micro droplet dispensing, is applied to build complex three-dimensional microstructures within multi-materials. An apparatus is developed based on MMM process. Its components, functions and process are introduced. The key points of the process are MSL theory, optical resources, optical scanner, functional photopolymer, microfluidic technology, etc.
