Preparation and Measurement of Nano Titanium Powder by the Stearic Acid Sol-gel Method

摘要：

In this paper, nanometer TiO2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method ., XRD, thermal analysis, TEM and the testing diameter of poeders were used to characterize the particle shape and phase, being heated, chemical bonds of hydrous cassiterite and size distribution.XRD and TEM showed the powder is fibrous TiO2 in 600 ℃. The grain-testing instructure showed that average particle diameter of TiO2 is 36.2nm .
