Modeling for Random Drift of the Micromachined Rate Gyroscope
The random drift of MEMS rate gyroscope has a direct influence on the precision. Therefore it is crucial that the gyros drift be modeled, forecasted ,compensated ,etc. In this paper, the time serial was used to construct the model, identify the parameters, and fit the gyro output. A simple control structure was proposed. The trial result show that the short serial model can forecast the drift precisely, and provide a basis for performance analysis and fault forecasting.
