Analysis and Modeling of Deflection and Pull in Voltage of Cantilever Beam
Based on neural network and polynomial approximations, the paper puts forward the models of deflection and pull in voltage of cantilever beam. Wavelet analysis based data processing is used. The simulating results show the neural networks approach does better than the linear approach in terms of accuracy and parsimony. The network is as accurate as the polynomial approximations with fewer parameters, or more accurate with the same number of parameters.
