Contact Reliability of CNTs Bridging on Metal Electrodes

摘要：

In order to test the reliability of contacts between carbon nanotube(CNT)s and metal electrodes, we did vibration experiments and measured I-V curves of CNTs bridging on metal electrodes before and after vibration. The electric contacts became worse or better or had no remarkable change randomly after mechanical vibration. The contacts becoming worse could recover slightly after some time passed.
