A theoretical approach within the framework of transmission matrix for Resonant tunneling current of RTD

摘要：

In this paper, different effects which are contributed to resonant tunneling current have been considered and the percentages of each contribution to the current were evaluated by numerical calculations. It was found among these factors,full band consideration and incohenrence tunneling are the most two important factors.
