Design of Energy Saver for Oil Pump Controller

摘要：

The energy Saver adopts single chip computer as control center, and realizes the voltage slope start and park, having the feature of smooth start, fine flexibility and little impact to electrified wire fence. It can measure the change of oil wells real load, modifying the work mode of electric machinery dynamically through control software, and it can realize energy saving control, making reliable and efficient run of electric machinery. It also can automatically intermittence run under the condition in unloaded, saving energy and protecting the electric machinery. Adopted long distance wireless communication technology, it can realize the long distance upload of oil wells power consumption and equipment operation state within the range of 0~7Km, receiving the long distance wireless control command at the same time. The system had apparent energy saving result.
