Distributed Measure & Control and Management System Based on Linux with Multiple Heat Treatment Controllers

This paper introduces the operational principle of a kind of distributed measure & control and management system with multiple mixed heat treatment controllers, which can satisfy the need of the enterprise to a mixing control with various types of heat treatment controller. A communication algorithm of circulatory queue for multiple controllers is offered. This algorithm can solve the problem of unsteady communicating with various communication protocols in the same serial port, improve the speed of measure and control greatly by the idea of not entering the queue for not-working controller, automatically queue for working controller, and delete from the queue for not-working controller, which can be inserted into the queue in any time by mandatory operation. Meanwhile, this paper introduced designing idea and main functions of software system programmed with Kylix in Linux. The software system has proved a great practical value for satisfying the requirement of the enterprise well for its stability and easy-operating quality1.
