Design and Implement of the Electronic Speed Adjusting Device for Generator Set Based on Micro-controller
A method using electronic speed adjusting device based on the microcontroller is put forward to solve the frequency stability of the generated electricity voltage for the LPG generator in this paper. And this papers emphases are the structure composition, working principle, design of the hardware and software, and experimental data analysis of the electronic speed governing device. The electronic speed adjusting device manufactured has been applied on 2kW, 5kW and 10kW of the LPG generator set. Referring to the mechanical vocation standard, a comparison in frequency stability with different load status is analyzed when load suddenly increasing, decreasing and load gradually increasing, decreasing. We have gained a lot of experimental result of the single- frequency variation of the generator has been gained, and the research about stability, dynamic characteristics of the device has been deployed based on the test result. Through analysis for the experimental data, the stabilities of the electronic speed adjusting device based on micro-controller is good in the adjusting speed, each frequency index has reached and exceeded the mechanical vocation standard. Compared with conventional machine speed adjusting device, it has better control performance and lower economy.
