Fuzzy PID Control System of the Oil Well Washing Mechanism
An oil well washing control system was designed in this paper, which is composed of microprogrammed control unit (MCU), flowmeter and electric control valve. According to the theory of thermal well washing and the situation of encrustation paraffin deposition, the variate of the temperature, time and flux was controlled. The signal of flux were filtered by median method and controlled by the fuzzy PID algorithm, and then electric control valve was adjusted to the corresponding opening degree according program.
