A Time Optimization Control Method of Plastic Injection Machine Temperature
The performance of the plastic injection machines control system will directly influence the quality of its products. The key and difficulty of the controller is the control precision and speed of the multi-segments material tubes temperature. This paper has researched on the temperature characteristics of the multi-segments material tube, analyzed the characteristics of the Bang-Bang control and PID control, presented a control method which combines the Bang-Bang control with improved PID control by incomplete differential and separable integration, and designed a control system with this time optimization strategy to control the tubes temperature.This designed control system has been put into operation and works well. It is proved that the controller has higher precision and speed as well as being very economical.
