T-S Fuzzy Controller Based on PID Controller Knowledge Samples

After analyzing some examples of Fuzzy control applicable systems, it is found that there are some questions to achieve a fuzzy controller by the common method, such as the subordinate degree is assigned subjectively, summing up the control rules accurately is difficult, the amount of calculation in fuzzy reasoning and in fuzzy decision is very large and losing large number of information causes the lack of controlling rule. Therefore, with the hydroelectric generating set system as an example ,which is of non-linear and non- minimum phase place characteristic ,this paper has put forward a new method to design a T-S fuzzy controller----T-S fuzzy controller based on PID controller knowledge sample. From the simulation data of the PID controller in the hydroelectric generating set speed adjusting, it would obtain 36 group samples which contain the rule of if e (k )=xi and ec (k )=yj then u (k )=zk. The segmenting type controlling decision tables would be got by setting up segment type linear statistics model and taking the model to fuzzy and dispersed. At last , the control effect between the fuzzy controller and the PID controller would be compared in aspects of the exceed adjusting amount, regulate time, static state error and Robust by simulation. The result improves that the fuzzy controller is better than the PID controller.
