Application of Stochastic Petri Net for the Evaluation of Intrusion-Tolerant Systems in Distributed Systems
This paper focus on analytical models using extended Stochastic Petri net for evaluations of intrusion-tolerant schemes used in distributed systems, which can be used to quantitatively evaluate and select a most appropriate scheme for specific system configurations. With the description of the generalized stochastic Petri net (GSPN) models, the availabilities of the three kinds of systems are analyzed and compared.
