Study and Design of Distributed Industrial Safety Measurement System Based on Infrared Technology
Based on the photoelectric conversion characteristic of the infrared sensor, the detection signal is collected and processed by the AT89C51, which is consisted the core of the system. AT89C51 controls the CAN bus controller SJA1000 and the transceiver PCA82C250 to form the CAN bus communication system for transmitting data. Through the serial port MAX232 main controller can connect with each control node, monitor each controller in real time and renew the control scheme. This paper introduces the system work principle and part methods of hardware design in detail.
