The Development of EV Test and Control System Based on Configuration Technology

The electric vehicle (EV), driven by electromotor, adopted storage battery as energy sources, was a kind of zero-emission, low-noise modern vehicle. In order to gather and supervise the data of different assemblies during the running course of the EV, and realize the scheduled control strategies, the EV test and control system was developed based on configuration software PCAuto in the hardware platform of UNO3062. The EV test and control system was connected to other in-vehicle controllers through PCI1680, and the whole vehicle CAN communication was built. PCI1680 had two CAN channel, and served as the gateway. The system has been tested in an EV, BFC6110EV, and does well.
