Design of Non-spherical Hartmann Beam Expander with Large Aperture
Hartmann beam expander system of large aperture is a top-quality beam shift system. Wave-fronts of system need have high result ,so optical designing, optical machining, optical testing and optical assemblage must have enough precision as well. It samples waves from the surface of part by many beams vertical the wave, and neednt touch its surface ,then demarcate by interferometer after measuring the wave-fronts. It is of difference compared with traditional testing way used by interfering theory and is weak to the exotic influence , so the precision is easy to assure. It is a standard testing instrument because the aberrations of system are minuteness and so can reflect surfaced quality of being tested part presently it is used for testing aberrations of system with high precision abroad, it is considered as the first example homeland. This paper designs the Optical parts of large aperture Hartmann optical system, applying the aspheric surface in the objective ,which eliminate the spherical aberration of objective system, citing artfully virtual lens principle in order to correct preferable the aberration of ocular, imaging quality of system is much better than before.
