A Whole-period Sample Method for Aeroengine Trim Dynamic Balance
Rotate speed fluctuation influences whole-period sample for vibration signals distinctly via digital phase-locked cycle module, inducing its hard to calculate vibration amplitude and phase in master frequency exactly. In order to solve the problem, to sample phase-detecting signals and vibration signals synchronously and cut vibration signals according to raise edges of two phase-detecting signals, then whole-period sample is realized. Two conditions s f ≥ min / N T and N r w / 2π > are discussed because they are essential to sample raise edge of phase-detecting signal in each period in time. At last, Subsection quadratic interpolation is used to resample vibration signals according the cut vibration signals so that FFT algorithm can be used and sample number is reduced to decrease calculation loads.
