The software radio system modulation design and the key technologies analyze
In recent years, international software radio is a new technology that is just coming into vogue, is a realization of a new wireless communications system. After the field of wireless communications from analog to digital communications, telecommunications, from fixed communications to mobile communications is the third time change. It will enable the realization of telecommunications hardware and equipment to keep up with the pace with the rapid development of wireless technology to extend the life of communications equipment, and reduce the costs of product development and the development cycle, the promotion of social, great technological progress. The so-called software radio, the basic concept is the basic hardware as a platform for radio, while as many radio and personal communication with software so that the new wireless communication system and development of new products gradually shift to software. Software radio and the traditional structure of the key difference is this : Broadband ADC (A/D) and digital-to-analog converter (ADC) as close as possible to RF antenna, from baseband to IF, or even RF, in addition to the use of high-speed DSP instead of the traditional dedicated digital circuit and DSP/CPU do a series of low-speed handling after A/D. Goal of Software Radio is the basic universal, standardized, modular hardware as platform, achieved through software programming of the radio and personal communications functions. According to the original concept of software radio, data flows to and it will be divided into five functional software radio system module namely broadband antenna and RF front-end module, broadband A/D and D/A conversion module, transducer module ,digital signal processing module and Signal processing modules. The text introduced each module function, components and some of the key technologies and methods, and explained software needs attention in the process of realizing software radio systems.
