In order to meet the mobile computer users joining into Internet, IETF has designed the mobile IP protocol hierarchies. This article introduces Significant a few terms related to the mobile IP technique, And it makes a systematic exposition of work mechanism that related to the mobile IP technique, Then it introduces the fundamental distinguishing feature and analyzes work mechanism of the mobile IP , Moreover this article raises a few the problems that what mobile IP is confronted with at present. At the same time, the proposals are put forward in this article according to the different problems and situation .
