Simulation Model of Equipment Combat Units Readiness Considering Preventive Maintenance Based on Petri-net
First, based on the analyses to equipment combat units complex missions and its preventive maintenance program, the equipment combat units complex mission was analyzed and decomposed, and the preventive maintenance requirements were classified and coordinated according to certain criterion. Then, the logical relationship between preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance was analyzed, and universal simulation model of equipment combat units readiness considering preventive maintenance was constructed, applying Petri-net and its software ExSpect, according to requirements of the actual operation missions. It is presented that the universal simulation model that has constructed can effectively simulate and evaluate the equipment combat units readiness considering preventive maintenance, and also can analyze the effect that preventive maintenance affects to the equipment combat units readiness. The simulation model is universal and effectual.
