Design and Application of ProA Based on Product Development Process Modeling
In the light of integrating information, function, process and application (product development and management in industrial enterprise), the concept of ProA(activity and its process) was proposed and ProA model was brought out, on the basis of applying Agent , hierarchy Petri nets, IDEF0, Object-Oriented method and analyzing relationship between activity and process. ProA and its basic elements were formalized mathematics defined and operating principles of the elements were planned in detail. Through describing ProA in information, information model based on ProA was deeply designed. Mehchatronics product development process modeling concept and main clue was brought forward according to ProA model. Main clue of modeling was to dynamical construct product development process by ProA component. Finally, a software platform which supporting ProA modeling is developed and concluded with a brief discussion of a case study through applying ProA into the mechatronics product development process.
