Development of Computer-controlled Rotor Grinder System
In this paper, a computer-controlled rotor grinder system has been studied and developed. The system consists of four parts: mechanical structure, electric control, hydraulic and software system. Mechanical structure is composed of body, sliding platform, dividing mechanism, grinding wheel adjusting mechanism, locating and clamping mechanism and so on, and structure design is rational. Electric control system consists of two parts: heavy-current and weak-current controlling, and an external control panel is designed to link computer control system and actuating mechanism. Hydraulic system is designed, and it is the power supply to drive dividing, adjusting, locating and clamping oil cylinder. Software system is developed with VB Programming language on the platform of Windows operation system, and man-machine interactive interface is friendly, easy to operate.
