Fuze Information Cross Communication Technology Research Based on Single Chipped Radio Frequency(RF) Transceiver nRF905
The feasibility of applying the single chipped RF nRF905 into the fuze information cross communication technology is analyzed in the paper. nRF905 consists of such modules as electric source management, crystal oscillator, low noise amplifier, frequency synthesizer, power amplifier, communication protocol control, Manchesters code and decode are completed by the hardware in the chip, interfaced by SPI and communicated by micro-controller, is convenient to configuration. Micro-controlled chip AT89C51 is used to manage generally to the system, the controller combining 8 bytes CPU with FPEROM on the single chip, programmed repetitively, which is proper to be used by the system. The difficulty of the design is to establish the proper communication protocol to get full information sharing and to communicate in the proper time between the fuze and fire control system. The method of parallel communication and interruption is adopted to realize the communication in the proper time between the emitting module and the central control module, which satisfies the proper-time requirement of signal emission and reception and not affects the working efficiency of main control module. A simple verification algorithm automatically checked by central micro-controlled unit guarantees the data integrity of emission and reception. The method of 2 nodes communication is given based on this thought, which is meaningful to research multi-node communication, pictorial circuit is lapped to verify the technology feasibility and confirm the communication in the proper time between each node, and increase the general operational effect of weapon system.
