Synthetical Fuzzy AHP- based Effectiveness Evaluation of the Artillery C4I System

Now there are few projects on effectiveness evaluation of artillery C4I system, more projects on weapon evaluation,but the fruit is few for the system evaluation. And technical criteria is most considered when some systems are demonstrated and checked.Then effectiveness indices and evaluation methods are less considered.So by analyzing the characteristics and compositions of C4I system, a widely used and valid method, synthetical fuzzy AHP is put forward in order to solve the limitations of the common methods. It uses normalization and fuzzy procession for evaluation indices, in order to found science rational evaluate quota system of artillery command automatic system. Also, it adoptes the local state variable-weight algorithm to change the constant weights, the mechanism of promotion and punishment is appended and the results become more scientific and reasonable. The evaluation index system is very practical to the effectiveness of artillery C4I system effectively.
