Experimental Studies on Property of Steel 30CrMnSiNi2A
In the paper, the effects of heat treatment on structure and property of steel 30CrMnSiNi2A were studied. Hardness values of material with different heat treatment temperature were obtained. Static and dynamic compression experiments were carried out, by using universal material testing machine and SHPB (Split Hopkinson Bar) test set. The static and dynamic stress-strain relation was obtained. The effect of strain rate on yield strength was discussed and constitutive equation was fitted by using Johnson-Cook model.
