Evaluation of Wireless Communication Application in Radar Condition Monitoring System

Along with the increase of equipment complexity, wireless communication possesses more preponderance in expansibility and adaptability. But wireless method, which is without traditional cables solidity, certainly has its deficient aspects. Selecting appropriate wireless communication method and further evaluating its application effect are crucial. This paper firstly introduces a radar condition monitoring and fault predication system which based on build in test and short-distance wireless communication. Then, make a discussion on two wireless communication methods fitting this system. As for the selected method, convenient and inconvenient aspects encountered in the process of design are point out. Then four tests which aim at evaluating the application effect of this wireless communication method are conducted.
