Research on CAD/CAPP/CAM Integration Based NC Lathe Machine Cutting Simulation

摘要：

In this paper, a simulation subsystem of CAD/CAPP/CAM Integration system is discussed and the algorithm for NC code syntax analysis 、cutting path simulation 、cutting process simulation and detection for the interference between machine tool and part during cutting process is represented. The detection for the interference between cutting tool and part during cutting process is an important reference for the selection of machining tools and the verification of the cutting path.
