Application of the Analytic Hierarchy Program(AHP) in Evaluation of the SPHSCE

摘要：

To meet the needs of future artillery operation, we should evaluate the operational ability of new-type self-propelled howitzer, and study the optimizations of military strength and firepower for the purpose of guiding the artillery operation and improving the whole operational ability. This paper use Analytic Hierarchy Program (AHP) to analyze indexes evaluation of the Self-propelled Howitzer system campaign efficiency (SPHSCE) by quantity and by quality, and evaluation on SPHSCE.
