The measure and diagnosis of communication device

摘要：

The paper summarizes some method about measure and diagnosis of communication parameter. Basing the conclusion, the paper presents material design process about ATS (Automatic Test System) and universal measure instrument about communication device. The paper introduces detailedly the measure system of communication device. Using bus structure, the two kinds of system of ATS and universal measure instrument possess some character as predigest system design, high reliability, good maintenance and toilless replacing.
