Auto-Calibration System of Digital Oscilloscope Based IVI
Traditional methods of measurement and calibration of digital oscilloscope are time-consuming and effort- consuming. This paper introduces an auto-calibration system of digital oscilloscope with GPIB interface. The system is developed based on FLUKE5500A ,VISA , IVI and database by using Visual.net as developed platform. Components of hardware and implement of software are described in detail. The auto-verification system provides a convenient means for set up an integration verification system of digital instrument.
