Along with the rapid development of computer and technique in information, A kind of necessary work mode in office, factories and enterprises etc gets the universal application and deep development, even at some family the application also gets more effect. This text analyzes the characteristics of the system of office automation and the delivery of information, further puts forward the technique to handle with the information safely of the office automation and has a certain utility.
