Signal Code Modulation in MIMO System
Signal code modulation (SCM) is a mixed analoguedigital modulation technique proposed for relaying a digital communication signal over channels with different signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) and, in particular, provides an alternative method besides the conventional complete demodulation and remodulation (Demod/Remod). In this paper, we exploit SCM in MIMO systems and investigate the performance as well. Simulation results are presented to verify the performance analysis. Furthermore, the diversity gain for the analog signal is defined.
