Recognition Method of Core Process and Critical Process in Medical Treatment Service Institution

摘要：

Recognizing core process and critical process was an precondition of implementing Process Management. Through the complicacy research of process in medical treatment service, the process recognition method of multi-attribute decision-making on Interval Maths was put forward, which was applied to core process and critical process. The recognition methods for these two processes were investigated in this paper.
