Assuring Information Quality in Knowledge Intensive Business Services
The purpose of this paper is to assure information quality in innovation interactions between knowledge intensive business services (KIBS) and their clients. Many real-life business cases show that the quality of information is a crucial and pervasive management problem in KIBS. Nevertheless, how to achieve high-quality information remain poorly studied, and assuring mechanism has rarely been considered. This article provides a framework for assuring Information quality which consists of four major elements: Sorts of information quality, Assuring mechanism, Information quality criteria and Assuring principles.
