Regions Comparative Analysis: Development of KIBS and Inspiration
This paper focuses on the development of knowledgeintensive business service (KIBS) in China. Through the comparative analysis of industrial concentration, number of corporate bodies, primary business income revenue, types of KIBS business registration and number of employed persons of selected nine industrial sectors of KIBS among Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong, the paper tentatively indicate the current situation and characteristics of KIBS in China. Meanwhile, some challenge and problems during KIBS development were discussed and related policy implications were proposed.
