Study of the Housing Product Demand Exploitation Based on Value Innovation

Since long ago, the competition always has been the enterprise strategy core thought, the traditional strategy management theory emphasized throughout the enterprise should strengthen and use own fully competitive advantage. However, the value innovation strategy emphasized the customer demand, but not the competitor. This article has elaborated in detail the value innovation theory connotation, has carried on the comparison to the value innovation strategy and the traditional competition strategy characteristic, and has researched the housing product implicit demand excavation and exploitation applied the value innovation strategy theory. We can discover from the research process that the housing product implicit demand exploitation has guided the function positively regarding molds the new life style and the value idea.
