Effect of Administrative Culture on Performance of E-Government
We construct and test a theoretical model to investigate correlation between administrative culture and e--government performance. The hypothesis was tested using survey data from governments that have implemented e-government more successfully. Result from canonical correlation analysis suggests that administrative culture is related strongly with performance of e-government. So we conclude that administrative culture is one of the most notable factors influencing e-government result.
