Commonality-Oriented Product Design Management Method And Its Application
Mass-customization as an important manufacturing mode,has already brought huge chance and challenge for enterprise in 21st century. Under the circumstances, a new commonality-oriented product design management method is put forth, and then one of its related prototype system schemes is developed based on Hangzhou Turbine Ltd.(China) (HTL). In the light of two application instances of the prototype system, which has processed all of the data (40GB or so) of 3-serial industrial turbine in HTL during 28 years up to now, the methods importance and practical value were validated.
