Recruitments Support to Innovation
Inspection on job seekers challenging spirit and aptitude - innovation can help to screen out innovative talents. Kuck Curve and Katz Curve suggest that dismissing all is more innovative for internal recruitment. While external recruitment favors new and fresh techniques to attract & gather innovative talents, i.e. mutual attraction between new ones. Then prosperous situation of innovation would be formed. This paper also proposed systematic basic model of upper growth limit through recruitment, pointing out that recruitment efficacys complete release requires other management measure assistance.
