Career Path and Ladder: Planning Career Development for Employees

摘要：

The emergence of career plateau phenomenon, along with the flattening of the enterprise hierarchy, correlates with the idea and mechanism of career development. Its the effective way of preventing and solving the problem of career plateau to construct the three-dimensional (3D) model of career development, to choose the rational career management target and management center, to design width, length and frequentness of career ladder.
