The Design and Realization of Human Resources Management in the CSCD based on Agent

摘要：

As the rapid development of the economic globalization and the information technology, great changes have taken place in the enterprise environment. In order to satisfy the need of development in the new situation, the Human Resources Management of enterprise must adopt the corresponding countermeasure. This paper presents a (HRMS) Human Resources Management System frame in the CSCD (Computer Supported Cooperative Design) based on Agent and develops a prototype system by using a widely accepted agent platform Java agent development platform (JADE). The prototype system has certain reference significance to modern enterprise Human Resources Management.
