A Study on Fuzzy Evaluation Model Based on Non-monetary Value of Human Resources
Material capital and human resources are the main factors for modern economic growth as well as technology progress, especially with human society entering into knowledge economy times, cost and quantity of human resources which become medium of knowledge and technology along with intellectuality are made up of the main parts of national competitive power and enterprise core ability as well as wealthy degree of human resources. Affirmance and evaluation of recessive value of human resources are becoming one of the key problems that is to be solved. Based on academic level of measuring fuzzy method of human resources the indexes reflecting recessive value of human resources have been established with statistics for fuzzy evaluation and a sample analysis has been done with LiaoNing Institute of Science and Technology as an example.
