Limited Resources Project Management Research Based on Critical Paths
The researches of project management almost focus on the critical paths. However, there are few researches on the limited resources based on the critical paths. This paper gets the processes of the limited resources distributions based on the critical paths and sets a proposal for distributions of the limited resources. It introduces a penalty function to solve the limited resources distribution of the uncritical paths as a quantitative method. There is an example to show the use of the method and relevant measures to make sure the Time or minimize the impact to the Time. This method can solve the problem of the limited resources distributions in small corporations, which has practical values.
