Study on a method for task-oriented domain knowledge push
From the view of role and task, the process of knowledge push is studied. The architecture of task-oriented domain knowledge push system is proposed and a new method for the knowledge push is suggested. Filter the knowledge space of by the role of user, record the information about behavior and evaluation from task-oriented user, sort the knowledge item by constructing focus matrix and push the content. Finally, an application in enterprise is provided for demonstrating the effect of the architecture and method we proposed.
